Cosy bedroom in a shared house

Hi everyone! A lovely bedroom at the top floor of a Victorian house is available to move-in asap. You'll share the house with 5 professionals from late twenties to late thirties. It's not a party house and everyone is pretty independant :) We're looking for a mindful professional of a similar ages. There is two bathrooms plus a separate toilet, a living room and a kitchen to share. The room is very calm and bright as it gives to the garden and it come furnished with a double bed, a table, a wardrobe and a small sofa.
The house is very well placed. It takes about 5min to walk from Harringay station, 15min from Manor House station and 20min from Finsbury Park station.
The bills are not included and are usually ~100-180£ per person.
