Bright Double room in a warehouse in Harringay

We have a very spacious room available from 13/07 in our large and bright warehouse conversion in Manor House. The room is unfurnished but some items can be sell for a reasonable price with the previous tenant. A mattress will also be available if needed. This is a very bright and spacious room with a high ceiling, mezzanine and skylights with a window that opens. Rent is £760 pcm and this includes all bills, household goods and wifi. Deposit is one month’s rent.

You will be living with a mixed bunch of 19 lovely individuals with an assortment of nationalities, ages, interests, and occupations (art, photography, science architecture, music, academia etc.)
This is generally quite a chill warehouse, but prone to dinners, movie-nights, bbq’s, and parties every now and then. We value diversity and would especially welcome POC and LGBTQ+ candidates. Ideally we’re looking for someone above 25.

We have a weekly cleaner and a kitchen rota to keep things tidy. We also have a working studio with desk space available for the people who work from home or for the occasional workshops.

The house is located about a 10-15 minute walk from Manor House, Seven Sisters and Stamford Hill stations and is about 20-30 minutes away from Stoke Newington Church Street.
