Double room in a very nice and cosy shared house.
Included in the room:

- Chest of drawers
- Wardrobe

The house has a spacious living kitchen and a bright and airy living room, with tv, couch and armchairs.
1 bathroom and a cosy backyard patio.

We are the 3 other tenants in our late 30s early 40s.
We are all working professionals, in the media and translation industry.
We like to have a chat in the kitchen, watch movies or political stuff (we are kind of left leaning, just good to give an heads-up) in the living room and enjoy sunny days (when they happen) in the backyard.

This is a quiet house, you will be welcomed to have friends over, not a party house though. we are very respectful with each other.

Bills, council tax, water, gas, electricity add £100 (each), might go up to £120 in the winter.

The room in the pic is not the one up for rent. We are renting Ale's room who is moving to the front room, we are fitting new carpet, so pic not ready yet.
