Hey!
We are three students aged 21 (2 girls and one guy) looking to find a fourth house mate - must also be a student due to council tax.
Our house is in Hammersmith and only 5 min walk from Hammersmith station.
We are all very sociable and friendly, and heads up it’s a fun and social student house so if you prefer a quieter space maybe not for you.
Two of us are imperial med students and one studies at the royal college of music.
Room available from around 5th August and rent is about £900 a month (bills not included)
Deposit is £1126.
