Amazing double room in Hammersmith

Looking for a someone to join an amazing house in Hammersmith sharing with 3 other lovely people (2 boys, 1 girl aged 26-29). If it's for a year, a girl would be preferred to keep the gender balance in the house!

I'm sad to be moving out of this house but am making the typical journey up to North London to move in with my partner 😅

☀️ Good size Double Bedroom, 2 min walk to Hammersmith tube.

☀️ Great Room: Spacious room with 2 built in wardrobes.

☀️ Great Location: 2 min walk to Hammersmith tube (easy to get into city via tube or bus and easy to get out to Richmond, Kew, Heathrow, and Wimbledon), 5 min walk to beautiful walks along the river thames, 10 min drive to M4 to get out of London.

☀️ Great house: In total it’s 4 beds, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, small but amazing garden, living and dinning room and cellar. The living and dinning room area is huge and comfy (differently arranged to the photos). Dish washer, washing machine + dryer included, also a cellar for storage.

☀️ Great housemates: you would be living with 2 guys and a girl, very friendly group who came together through SpareRoom. They enjoy the odd dinner party and Netflix evening together but also love the outdoors and enjoy playing sports.
