Beautiful double room in a sunny flat

Hi,

I need to leave my lovely room for about 6 months and looking for someone to replace me.

The Room:
It's a double bedroom and comes with all the furnitures, in a lovely sunny flat, shared with my two lovely friends.

The Flat:
Flat has 3 bedrooms, one big and bright living room with a little balcony, toilet (with both bathtub and shower cabin), a big kitchen with a dining table and a lovely terrace with sun for most of the day.
The other two flatmates are two females (30), full-time professionals. They are friendly and chill, clean and tidy. We are looking for someone that will look after the room while I'm away, respectful of the whole flat, friendly and chill, preferably
a young professional.

The Area:
The flat is in Brook Green, near pubs, the gym, a big Tesco, only 10 minutes walk from King Street and only 15 minutes walk from both Shepherds Bush and High Street Kensington. Super well connected to central, with choice of different tube lines (Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith and City, Central line and Overground).
The area is beautiful, super green and safe.

The Rent:
Rent is 880£ a month + bills (about 120£ a month, including gas and electricity, water, wifi and council).
The contract is for 6 months.
