Room in a 2 Bed Flat

Hey!

I have a double bedroom available in a 2 bed flat, located 2 minutes walk from Hackney central station. Super close to London Fields and Broadway Market.

The room is a good size and has two huge windows, so plenty of natural light!
Room comes unfurnished and is available from 1st of August!
The flat has a big bathroom and a kitchen/living space.

Bills are around £150/month.

I work in retail and on shifts, usually off during the week and often working on weekends so ideally not somebody working from home as I might be around.

I’m Italian, in my mid thirties. I value a lot my personal space but I’d love to live with someone who is happy to share a bottle of wine sometimes.

I’m looking for someone who’s my similar age, clean, respectful, wants a place to call home and who’s up for the occasional dinner, drinks or movie night together.

Landlord requires right to rent, credit check and referencing.
No pets and no couples, sorry!
