Hey everyone,
Im looking for someone to take the biggest room in the flat where I live, from the 27th of September 2024 till end of the contract which will be 1 year with the option to leave before if you find someone to take over😜

About the flat- 2 floors
First floor
Open space kitchen
Small corridor with a door that goes to the 2 bedrooms downstairs, and a small toilet with no shower.
These 2 are mine and Clara's bedroom, both of us work in hospitality so we barely at home.

Your room will be upstairs!!!!!!

really big double room, with all you need to live, table bed, wardrobes, bed, very bright and cosy.

On the same floor There is the shared bathroom as well with the bath and couple of storerooms.
But the best part is the lovely living room with a nice balcony, and all you need to enjoy a night with couple of friends.

We respect each other's privacy, we don't mind having friends around for dinner or a chill night in the living room, when all of us are aware and happy about it.
Communication is our best skill!!!

The house is in hackney central next to the pedestrian area with all the shops, fruit, veggy, Primark, Sainsbury's, and so on, bar and market during the weekends

Bus stop is literally down the flat to go pretty much anywhere.

Overground is about 5minutes walk

The rent is 1000£ plus bills which are around 80/90£per month
