Spend September and October in the perfect hackney/London fields location. Double room available in a bright and airy 3 bed, sharing with two 33 year olds. We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and fun, we are not a party house but do go to the pub together, etc.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, desk, chair, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.
It’s a great flat that feels like home, I am just subletting whilst I go away for a few months.
Deposit is 750 and 1000 a month for the room, with bills on top - they come to about 100 a month.
