We have a room available in our cozy flat, just a 5-minute walk from a big Tesco and conveniently situated between Homerton and Hackney Central stations.

About Us:
- Rachel 30, works in digital advertising.
- Gabrielle 29, is an actress and gym instructor.
- Gary 34, works in events (and is queer).

Despite being a household of four, our varying schedules mean it's rare for everyone to be in the flat simultaneously. Gary works most evenings, and Gabrielle has a sporadic schedule too. Rachel works sometimes from home so wouldn’t really able abme to accommodate someone else who does that full time.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a tidy and communal flatmate to join our laid-back household. Someone who wants a chill place to live and wants to keep it tidy too. We don’t want a party flatmate as that’s not the vibe we’d like.

- Between Homerton and Hackney Central stations
- Easy access to local amenities, parks, and nightlife

Rent & Bills:
- £620 + bills (£65)
- deposit is exchanged between flatmates
