I live in a modern, new build, high specification apartment on Greenwich High Rd, mid way between Deptford Bridge and Greenwich Stations. I am looking for a professional who wants a place to stay in the Capital Mon-Fri and heads home at weekends when I use the apartment more. I am not in a position to consider full time tenants and the current price is based on Mon-Fri occupation only.
The room has a solid oak bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and single wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower over bath with glass shower screen.
I work away on business 3-4 days a week, so you will need to be content having the place to yourself, but also keeping the common areas clean and tidy during that time.
The combined living/dining/kitchen area is well equipped with 46" TV, streamed music system and corner sofa. Broadband is also installed.
If you enjoy running, I'm always up for an early morning run, but clearly not a pre-requisite...
The room is available from July, following professional cleaning.
