Room in Greenwich

As I am moving to Cambridge from the flat where I lived for 4 years, you will be living with one of my best friends who is a professional French chef who organises events. He is extremely tidy and easy-going and, if he works a lot and often away, likes to share a bottle of wine with the exquisite dishes he prepares in the evening.

The flat is furnished (with a brand new washing machine and dishwasher included) but you can get rid of anything you want in the room and the kitchen will indeed still have everything you might need. As far as the living room is concerned, if all the shelves and furniture stay (you also can both decide to get rid of anything you want), I will empty the flat of all my books, fish, posters, and co so that you will have all the space you need to reorganise and decorate it as you wish.

The landlords are very responsive to any problems with the flat and very friendly. The garden is private and if you have a pet, you can leave the door open so it can go in and out of the flat. If you have a dog, it can't run away. And if it is just you, you can enjoy the garden as there is no overlook.

The room will be available from the 15th of July but your contract will start on the 1st of August. So you can move in anytime from mid-July to whenever you want in August.
