About Me:
I'm delighted to offer a clean, calm, and peaceful environment in my apartment here in Greenwich. As a busy professional creative, who mostly works from home, I utilise the dining area during daytime hours for work.

I'm seeking a short-term tenant who is a working professional, friendly, clean and tidy.

The apartment:

Bathroom: The shared bathroom is tiled with underfloor heating, a hot towel rail, and modern fixtures. It features a relaxing bathtub with a rainfall shower head and ample cupboard space for your toiletries.

Your Bedroom: Features a luxury king-size bed and built in dual wardrobe with private access to the terrace. Enjoy sweeping views across Greenwich, encompassing the Observatory & river. Please note, due to construction, the terrace is currently inaccessible. Views include sights of scaffolding but do not obstruct. The bedroom is carpeted, and while the carpets are clean, there are visible old stains which we are in the process of removing.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, offering ample counter space. The kitchen and dining area are open-plan with wooden floors and floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring the space is flooded with natural light throughout the day.

Exterior Roof Terrace: The entire wrap-around roof terrace is currently inaccessible & under construction with scaffolding in sight, there also may be some daytime noise and sights of workmen.

Additional Features:

There is a private communal garden space for you to enjoy, situated on the ground floor next to the apartment block and over looking the River Thames.

24-hour secure underground parking is available upon request at £10 per day or £150 for the month.

A free 24 hour secure underground bike rack storage for one bike is available upon request.
