Double Room in Greenwich

As my current flatmate is moving out, looking for a new flatmate to fill the empty bedroom in our 2 bed Greenwich flat.

Located in a super convenient spot, 5 min walk to Maze Hill Station & Greenwich Park. 15 min walk to Cutty Sark, and 15 min bus to North Greenwich station. Room is a great size with a good size closet, double bed and dresser. Lots of natural sunlight!!

Looking for someone who is keen to hangout as roommates, but still can be respectful of us needing our own space/time. Additionally, as my last flatmate has been in the flat for the past 6 years, this is a great moment for a flat reset and redecoration so someone who would be keen to take on this little project of making the space ours with me is a big plus.

Bit about your new flatmate (me!): I’m 25 and work in media. I’m usually in the office between 3-4 days a week and wfh 1-2 days a week. I’m from the US and have been living in the UK for a bit over a year. Love a good movie night/chill night in, and equally down for a night out occasionally. Looking for someone who’s willing to share the responsibility of keeping the flat tidy with me (whether that be scheduled cleaning/assigned chore list in addition to having a monthly cleaner). Please be happy to have a dog around as I dog sit from time to time!
