Spacious double with own bathroom in large flat

A lovely, double bedroom (with own bathroom in the coridoor) in a two bed, two bathroom flat.
This is a really great, light and spacious flat. It comes fully furnished (but I am more than happy for a flatmate to put their own touch on it.) I can be slightly flexible on moving in dates for the right person.
The communal living room leads onto a lovely balcony which looks onto a square with a coffee shop on it and a dancing school's field grounds. It can be a great sun spot (though the roof is even better.) The kitchen is fully fitted, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer etc. The room is spacious and you can have the bathroom down the corridor to yourself. There is also a large storage cupboard for suitcases and bits and bobs.
The building has a 24 hour concierge (very useful for keeping a spare key with and taking in post.) They are always very helpful in general. The flat also comes with a carparking space in the basement carpark. I don’t have a car so it's available. There is also a bike storage area - though I keep my bike in the flat.
The building has a huge communal roof area with seating and some of the best views I have seen in London. Fab if your into reading in the summer or yoga.

About me:
I am 35, a primary school teacher. I like a mix of being in or having low key evenings out in the week (more so on a week night) and activities at the weekend. I am looking for someone who is warm and friendly and happy with a mix of own time and hanging out on the sofa watching Netflix with a glass of vino or seeing what’s going on in the area. As a teacher I am out 7-5, around more in the holidays. The flat is owned by a friend, so the admin is fairly simple.

Location:
The flat sits with the sights of the river and Greenwich on one side and the tapas bars and eateries of Deptford high street on the other. I find it a really good mix of both worlds.
The river is across the road and is amazing for runs or walks. It’s a lovely walk to the millennium dome or the cutty sark along it.
There is a very large Waitrose opposite, equally 30 seconds to a small Tesco and Sainsburys and a new Aldi has just opened in Greenwhich.
Within the complex is a MoreYoga studio and a gym. Greenwhich and Deptford in general have other gym options as well.
Greenwhich market, the Cutty Sark, Greenwhich park and Blackheath access is an 8 minute walk away and the park really is beautiful.

Transport:
It’s really well connected. 8 minutes walk to Cutty Sark DLR (Canary Wharf 9 minutes, Bank or Tower Gateway 19 minutes) and 10 minutes walk to Deptford Rail (London Bridge is one stop in 6 minutes, Cannon Street 12 minutes, Blackfriors 14minutes, City Thameslink 16minutes, Farringdon 18 minutes, St Pancreas 23 minutes.)
Lots of buses- 188 from outside the door goes to Canada Water and 02.
