-You will have access to your own WC with sink on the ground floor as well as the shared bathroom on the top floor. There is a large kitchen and spacious garden with pond and outdoor seating and table.

-We have 2 friendly, clean dogs (Whippets).You must be fond of dogs but they do not have access to your room.

-The large spacious room would suite a an academic ,professional or student. Preferably someone with an interests in the arts or science who is not working from home. We are looking for a person who will fit in with the home vibe, sharing the occasional glass of wine but getting on with their lives.

- The room has a desk, large double bed, shelves etc. and has been tastefully decorated.
-There is a large kitchen /dinner you have access to.

-We are walking distance from The Laban centre , Trinity , and Goldsmiths.

-The person will be required to use the organic cleaning products Ecover. in the washing machine. They must not use strong smelling scents such as Links.
