My flatmates are sadly moving out of our 3 bedroom flat in Golders Green (one is moving to the US, and the other is moving in with a family friend). I love the flat so looking for two flatmates to sign the new lease beginning at the end of August!

I am originally from West London, working full time as a trainee solicitor in human rights law, and studying part time, so ideally looking for two professionals to move in!

The first bedroom up for rent is a large and spacious double bedroom that comes with an en-suite, wardrobe, bed and mattress. The room has plenty of space for a desk and chair to work from home.

The second bedroom is smaller, also with a wardrobe, bed, and mattress. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with me, which has a bath and has been newly renovated!

This 2nd floor flat is fully furnished with a big living room. The location is also perfect for commuting, being 10 mins walk from Golders Green and 6 mins walk from Brent Cross, on the northern line. The surrounding area is lovely, with local parks, restaurants, cafes. It’s also super safe, especially when coming back late at night!

As a heads up, to pass the landlord referencing you will need to provide ID, employer reference, and 3 months of bank statements. You will also need to pay the holding deposit (one week of rent) which will be deducted from your first months’ rent.

Looking for two flatmates in their mid twenties who are tidy, respectful and easy going.
