Bright, cosy room in NW London

The room is on the smaller side but very light so it doesn’t feel it. It’s street facing on a cul-de-sac type road so not much through traffic.
The room is unfurnished but does come with a built in wardrobe.
It’s technically a single room but I’ve got a small double bed and a little desk in the space without making it feel cramped. If it makes things easier I am willing to sell on the bed if needed.. (preferred if I can sell the bed on!)

The house is a 6 bed. 3 of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms so you’d only be sharing a communal bathroom with 2 other housemates.
Large open kitchen/living room and there’s lots of cupboard and shelf space. There’s also a small garden.

The house is a 10-15 minute walk to Golders Green (northern line, zone 3) and very close to Temple Fortune where there’s lots of cafes and salons 💅🏽
15-20 minute walk to the Hampstead Heath Extension for local greenery.

The current housemates are a mix of professionals and creatives (some are both!) and people have slightly different work schedules but with the large communal space it’s easy to be social and everyone is very friendly.

Bills are not included but can be around £100 - £130 depending on time of year.
Rent is £510 (tbc) awaiting confirmation from landlord it will be the same price for this renewal.
