Private bedroom and ensuite in a top floor, two bedroom modern flat. South facing with lots of natural light, overlooking large communal garden. Small glass desk in the room which can be used for working or as a dressing table.

10 min walk to Hampstead Heath. 5 min walk to Golders Green tube station (northern line).

Flat was recently renovated with new luxury carpets in bedrooms and large modern tiles in hallway, kitchen and living room. Underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen is modern with a large fridge, built-in units, and boiling water tap.

Living room has a 55inch Samsung TV and bioethanol fireplace with 7.1 surround sound system.

I live in the property and I’m looking for someone to rent out my guestroom for 6-12+ months.

The rental price is £1,500 including bills. I will need a security deposit of £1,500 to cover any risk of theft/damage.

Ideally, I am looking for a tidy, working professional between the ages of 25 and 35. I have a hybrid role so work part-time from home and part-time in the office.
