I am renting a room with all inclusive formula in Fulham,10 minutes from the river and 10 minutes from Hammersmith station, with easy access to Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith and City line, plus over 30 different buses day and night.
The flat is on a quiet street with the park just outside the door, on Lysia street, very safe and warm.
With the room we offer use of the fully fitted kitchen, fully fitted bathroom, daytime access and use to the living room, internet.
We have a garden, and the room has its own door to the garden 24 hrs.
There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and chest drawer.
We are looking for a full time employed tenant, but because we have a cat, she-he must like cats.

Room ready from 05 july
All inclusive £750 per month(plus deposit).

We are 2 ladys, clean, quiet and friendly, and we have very lovely neighbors.
