Hi Guys, looking for someone or a couple to take over my current tenancy. It’s a gorgeous warm and homely three bedroom flat. The other flatmates are 25 (f) and 29 (f) working professionals. We are a social household but are also very respectful of each others space.

The room is super spacious and you get 2x desks, 2x chairs, 2x cabinets, a large dresser and there's also a standing shoe organiser in the hall which is yours if you want it! The room was professionally cleaned last on the 7th May and there are vacuums & cleaning supplies in the hallway.

For transport, our flat is directly outside a bus stop and we are a 15 min walk to either Baron's court or Hammersmith stations.

A little about the area, we are a 3 min walk to the absolutely stunning river Thames, about 15 min walk from Craven Cottage which is perfect for if you want to watch the football but not so close where the football matches disturb us, and 30 min walk from Putney bridge. Theres tonnes to see and do along the Thames, plenty of bars, beer gardens and trendy cafes. The area is super safe and the flat is on a main road with street lighting.

Rent is £1250 pcm with all utilies included in the rent. A new boiler was recently installed and the modem for the wifi is right outside your bedroom and is super fast.
