Large cousy double room available

I’m moving out next week, on the 27th of June, and I’m looking for somebody to replace me! :)
The flat is quite cousy, full with home atmosphere, it has two double rooms, (one is currently mine, and another room is Landlord’s), then corridor, kitchen and a bathroom (toilet and bathroom in one room). But as it’s gonna be only two people in the flat, you and landlord, it doesn’t cause any problems.

The location of the room is so comfortable, only 3 minutes by walk to the Fulham Brodway tube station (district line). The tube station located in the shopping center, so you have also access to Sainsbury’s, Vue cinema, Pret and Manger, Wagamama and some other shops located in the shopping center. If you go to the gym, then you can use pure gym, it is 5-6min by walk from the flat. Also, the flat is located 5minutes by walk from Brompton Park, where you can rent a bacycle and have some rest outdoors. You also will have easy access to central London, for example, you can get to Big Ben in 20 minutes from the flat, using just one district line train.

The landlord is a Woman, 28 years old, she has a really nice white cat, but if you wouldn’t like to have her cat in your room, it’s absolutely fine. We are looking for a person who appreciates quiet atmosphere at home at late times, by closing doors gently, it’s what a flat landlord does. And also, landlord would prefer a person who does cooking not often, but it’s not crazy, and if you need to use a cooker
and cook something it’s absolutely fine.
