We have two lovely double rooms available in our Maisonette flat in the heart of Fulham.

ROOM 1
Cosy and light double room on the first floor. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

ROOM 2 (walls to be painted before move in)
Light double room on the second floor. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

FLAT
The flat is split across two levels, with a large sitting/dining area and good sized kitchen with gas hob and modern appliances.
The flat has two bathrooms (including bath and power shower!) so there is rarely any cross over with other housemates.
There is plenty of storage in the house, with a sizeable utility room to keep bikes and some large built in storage space in the sitting room and landing.

The outside terrace is a real sun-trap- perfect for sunbathing in the day or for enjoying a glass of vino on a warm evening.

LOCATION
The flat is in an amazing location- there are great transport links- bus routes (211, 295, 14/414) are just down the road and we're within a 10 minute walk from Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway and 15 mins from Hammersmith underground stations.
Bishop's Park is a stones throw away, the Thames path and Putney are on the doorstep. It really is a lovely place to live.

FLATMATES
We are a friendly bunch; all spare roomers turned mates, very happy hanging out with a beer, but equally happy in our own space. We are an Irish gal (print marketing) an English fella (sustainability consultant) & an English gal (hospitality interior designer). Our fourth & fifth housemate are moving out with one moving back home & one having lived here for 3 years, so we are looking for someone around our age to join us.

THE BORING STUFF
Rent is £780 per month (a total bargain for the area)
Bills vary month to month, but are usually about £80 in the summer & £120 in the winter, including broadband, council tax, EDF and household bits like loo roll etc.
A deposit of a months rent is required, to be paid directly to the landlord (who is fair and very responsive)
References will be needed.
