Large double room in Fulham

Hello! My housemate James is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so there is a large double bedroom available in our two bed two bath flat share in Fulham. The room has excellent storage and lots of space for a desk. Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green underground stations are about 15 mins walk away and there are plenty of bus stops close by.

Dates:

The room is available from 29th July 2024 and you would be signing a one year contract, with a 6 month break clause.

About me:

You would be sharing with me (Eppie), I’m 31 and working full time as a Civil Servant, mostly from the office but occasionally from home. I love wildlife and spending time outdoors, and enjoy keeping up to date with international affairs.

New housemate preferences:

I’m looking for a professional at a similar stage in life and with broadly similar interests and values. It’s important to me to keep the flat clean and tidy, especially in the shared areas so we can unwind and cook after busy days. Getting a good sleep during the week is also massively important to me, so midnight ravers need not apply.

Next steps:

I will be holding viewings this weekend (29th and 30th June) and possibly Monday too.

Cost:

Rent is £1135 pcm each. Bills are not included and are currently no more than £140 pcm each. Please note energy costs could go up a bit in the winter. All bills are spilt equally.
