- Near Eel Brook Common and Parsons Green if you love a picnic in the park
- Close to Stamford Bridge if you’re a Chelsea football fan, lots of the pubs around Fulham/Chelsea come to life on a game day

📋 Criteria for application:
As this is a lease transfer, at a minimum the current owner will want to know that potential tenants meet these requirements before moving forward with any applications.
- Currently living in the UK
- Is either UK citizen or has proof of right to rent for the full 2 years
- Has current employment
