We are looking for a considerate and responsible individual who appreciates a quiet living space but is also open to occasional socialising. -Desk with drawers and a chair.
-3 mirrors.
-Lots of natural light.

House facilities:
-Full-equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, oven, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, etc.
-Two full bathrooms (one shower and one bath).
-Storage room for luggage.

Further details:
-We´d welcome the tenant from the 14th July.
-Rent is paid every month on the 10th.
-The closest tube stations are Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway (4 to 6-minute walks).
-There is a Sainsbury´s Local two minutes away from home.
-Quick access to Waitrose, pharmacies, cafés, Poundland and local shops too.
-No couples are allowed to rent the bedroom together.
