I am offering a room for rent for 5 flexible days The specific days are flexible and can include weekends. Ideal for busy professionals who need a comfortable space during their working life in London.

A lovely single room that fits a small double (4') bed, available in our home, perfect for professionals or student.

Rent Options:
Please note, this is not a pro-rata arrangement; the £500 rent includes your stay even if you don’t use the room for the full 5 days. You are welcome to leave clothing items in the room on the days you are not staying.

Safety and Documentation:
Prioritizing safety and security, we kindly request that interested lodgers provide their full name exactly as it appears on their passport via private message before proceeding with the rental process. This helps us ensure the safety and security of everyone involved. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated. Once we have this information, we can arrange a viewing to discuss further details.

Additional Requirements:

To proceed with the rental, we'll need to verify your Proof of EU Settlement Scheme (settled and pre-settled status), contact details of your workplace, and a copy of your passport.
Overnight stays by individuals other than the lodger are not permitted in the room.
Couples, unfortunately, are not considered for this rental.
Please note that you'll be moving into a room within a family home, alongside one other lodger and myself.
As my grandchildren occasionally visit and have allergies, we regretfully cannot accommodate pets.
