Currently looking for a young professional to take over my room from mid September.

You would be sharing with 3 lovely, young housemates (21 - Meg, 24 - Vanessa, 32 - Jess) in a 2 story home (4 bedroom, 2 bathroom). A very welcoming and energetic house hold with the occasional social gatherings /dinners parties.

Currently rent is paid monthly on the 3rd of each month. Therefore you’d be paying only 1.5weeks for September, before a new contract would commence in October.
