We have 4 stations within 15 minutes walk (woodgrange Park 5 minutes, Forest gate, Wanstead and Manor Park are all within 15 minutes walk, bus 25 86 are within 5 minutes walk too)
The house is located in the quiet woodgrange conservation area next to Forest gate station.
Shops, library, bank, restaurants, Doctor surgery etc are all nearby.
