Double room in lovely home in Forest Gate

The room

A large double room (with walk-in wardrobe) in my three-bedroom home in Forest Gate, E7. There are three bedrooms, one of which is a small home office, two toilets, including one bathroom with a bath. There's a light, cosy living room/diner, and a spacious kitchen, and a small back garden. Excellent transport links as the maisonette is just a three minute walk from Wanstead Park (overground) and Forest Gate station (Elizabeth Line). It's also really easy to cycle from here into town via a low traffic neighbourhood to Stratford, and on into town on protected cycle lanes. You would be sharing with me and a small, anti-social cat.

The room is large and East facing, with a bed, desk, shelves, a chest of drawers, chairs and a walk-in wardrobe.

The place is my home and I'm looking for a friendly, considerate person to share with. I have periods of being very busy, mixed with quiet times, and while I like my own space I would want a sharer to feel comfortable and at home, and to enjoy a good, friendly relationship, the odd meal together etc.

Length of stay would be negotiable, on the basis of seeing how we get along and going from there.

Council tax is included, as are all other bills. I have high-speed fibre broadband in the house.
