ABOUT THE FLAT

My flatmate is moving out of our 2-bed, so I’m looking for someone to take his place and to renew the twelve-month contract with.

The flat is in a house that’s been converted into three modern apartments. We’re at the top of the house, so we get a lot of light. We have two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen/living space, and there’s a secure area for storing bicycles at the side of the property.

Your bedroom is furnished and features ample side-cupboard storage along with two large Velux windows with blackout blinds.

THE AREA

The location is fantastic: I’ve been here since 2020 and I love it! There are cute cafes, great pubs, and a tonne of shops and supermarkets to choose from. Plus, we’re in the middle of three stunning green spaces: Finsbury Park (5 min walk), Clissold Park (5 min walk), and Highbury Fields (10 min walk).

The list of charming neighbourhoods nearby includes Stoke Newington and Highbury (5 min cycle), Dalston and Angel (10 min cycle) and Crouch End (15 min cycle).

We have two tube stops (Finsbury Park and Arsenal, both 5-10 min walk, served by Victoria and Piccadilly lines), plenty of buses, and national rail at Finsbury Park to whisk you away for a weekend!

ABOUT ME

I’m a thirty-year-old secondary school English teacher who loves the arts. I have a sociable side, but I’m not into nights out, and I’m equally happy hanging out or leaving you to your own devices.

This will suit you if you are looking for a calm, clean, tidy, respectful and chilled out home (and can keep it that way!). Not a party-house, but rather a place to relax and recover in.

Ideally looking for someone who doesn't work from home, so we can keep the flat a space for living and recuperating.

THE ADMIN

The rent is £775 per person a month - a steal for a 2-bed in this area.

Bills are currently around £160 per person a month.

Deposit is £826.50 and usual reference checks apply.
