Hello! My flat mate is moving out in August so looking for someone to take over the tenancy. Our flat is really convient place as it is a right by Finsbury Park station that has the Victoria and Picadilly line, and takes about 15 minutes to get to Oxford Circus. It is also close to a lot of bus routes. There is also lots of pubs and cafes just outside our door, including a Lidl and Tesco.
The room is an ensuite room, so you would have your own bathroom. The bed is included in the room, but the other furniture is not. All the other furniture in the house like sofas and the TV is staying. The flat also comes with a really nice outdoor terrace which is lovely to use while the weather is hot.
I am looking for a friendly flat mate to get on with, ideally a professional as my job can get quite busy, so its nice to keep the flat a calm and considerate place.
I do not work from home, but my old housemate did, so if thats's something you need it should be ideal.
A bit about me, my name is Cadi and I am a teacher. My interests include music, reading, theatre and yoga. I am 26 years old and have been living in this flat for a year.
Please not the bills are not included in the rent, we pay council tax, electric and wifi.
