Spatious, calm and light sublet next to the park

If you are looking for a calm and quiet temp room on a well connected location, this room might suit you well. We are a kind bunch of social people. Usually we share all our food expenses, but this would not apply to the sublet as some of us are on a summer holiday.

We are all working and have mixed professions, including a filmmaker, artificial intelligence researcher, social justice worker and an illustrator. Age range 29-35.

The room is available from 11 July until 16 September. It would be best suited for a someone looking for a temporary place to rest after work, or work from home. Students are welcome too, but only if you have passed the party all week phase :-)

The house is located right next to the park, an old railroad-turned parkwalk and is 25 mins away from Hampstead Heath and Highgate Woods if you appreciate lots of nature.

The room itself is very spacious (about 24m2), has lot's of light and sun in the mornings. It has a desk for you to a work on, a record player, a tv, meditation mat, reading chair and some books of mine that you are welcome to read.

It would fit well with: Freelance creatives, writers, filmmakers, illustrators etc. or people who have a day job / MA Study.

Great house if you:
- Enjoy living with other people
- Are clean and ok to stick to a rota, but won't get upset if someone left a pan out one evening
- Are respectful of keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm
- Want a relaxed place to live with a good atmosphere
