The in-situ tenant in the smaller room is a mature professional who travels extensively with work and is only in the flat from Monday to Thursday. He averages 6 to 8 nights a month but often you won't see him for weeks at a time, he is a top guy, very tidy and respectful but works very hard so you won't often have many interactions, which is shame as he is great, but also means you have the flat to yourself every weekend!

There is a large kitchen/diner which is fully equipped and leads onto a large balcony which also looks over the park and is southeast facing.
The lounge has a 65" TV with surround sound speakers and Hue lighting.

- Elephant Park (lots of new restaurants) is a 5 min walk
- Mercato Metropolitano (a great street food venue) is 15mins walk away but will be moving even closer soon
- Bermondsey Street which is full of great bars and restaurants and a small cinema is 15mins.

- Maltby Street Market is 20mins walk
- South Bank is 20mins walk
I've moved abroad for a project which will be 12-months minimum but likely to be longer and I'm looking for good tenants to treat my home as they would theirs whilst I'm away
