Hello! I am in urgent need of someone to take over my tenancy of a spacious double bedroom in a 3 bed flat.

The flat is very modern and is occupied by 2 other lovely girls! You will be sharing a toilet with one other person. Both flatmates are very friendly, looking to make friends, love to explore and walk around London to grab a coffee or to just have a chill night in. They’re both very considerate and clean and so it would be great for the new flatmate to also practice the same!

The flat is under a great agency that puts in a lot of work towards building the community. The area is very residential and has everything you need, including:
- Westfield: less than 5 mins walk
- Stratford International station & DLR: less than 5 mins walk
- Stratford station: about 10-15 mins walk
- Large Waitrose ans M&S in Westfield, and also large Sainsburys, Lidl, Loon Fong, Tariq Halal, Poundland and more: about 10-15 mins walk

Wifi is included in the bills, whilst the rest are the standard expected rates. Council tax band D (£67 per person).
