We are looking for a girl to join our flat in east village. I am only leaving this lovely area and house to move with my boyfriend. The flat is available for move in now.

About the flat:
3 bedrooms
The room will share a bathroom with Brie.
Kitchen with all amenities, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, air fryer.
Living area - two sofas, tv with firestick.
Private Balcony
Access to courtyard area

Room includes bed, wardrobe, bedside tables

The area:
Situated in the Olympic park, lots of nice walks, bike routes, coffee shops.

Walking distance from Stratford international (9mins train to King’s Cross), Stratford (into central London) & Westfield shopping centre.

Closest supermarket/corner shop: Nisa 2min walk, with Sainsbury’s, asda and Lidl within walking distance.

About the current flatmates:

Maria - works in project management and is from Greece. She loves to cook and her hobbies include gym, tennis and socialising with friends.

Brie - you’ll share a bathroom with Brie. Brie plays professional netball and enjoys socialising, loves dogs and is from the north of England.

The flat is social, but not a party house and the girls often work from home and appreciate their down time.

About you:
We are looking for a female young professional who has similar interests, is respectful and can move in as soon as possible.

Affordability:
- £50 admin fee on move will be payable.
- 30x equal rent share and a credit score of good or excellent is required or guarantor will be requested.
