Our previous flatmate is about to move out, and we're now looking for someone to come join us at our three bedroom flat! We are freelance musicians/music therapist currently living in the flat, looking for someone who would like to live together as a family unity, supporting each other as we work away from home in London!
It is an ensuite room furnished with a king sized bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe space.
We all share an open plan kitchen and living area and a nice sized balcony too!
There is plenty of storage space, a washing machine and a dryer in a laundry unit.
The new flatmate will be signing a new lease with us from August 1st, so move in will be anytime from that date onwards.
Bills are not included but usually come to around £80 a month depending on season. We are in the Council Tax Band D which also means an extra £45 a month each.
