Hey gals!

We have a single room available in a 3-bed, two storey flat, with a good size lounge/diner, seperate kitchen and one bathroom.

Breakdown of costs:
Rent - £584
Internet - £8.16
Water - £14.66
Council - £26.66
Gas and electric - Currently around £30

We’re both early 30’s - Hannah 31 and Selena 33, so ideally someone not too much younger/older than that. We both enjoy socialising and would love to live with someone who can become a friend too.

We don’t bring many visitors round to stay as the flat is on the smaller side and there’s only one bathroom but the occasional visitor is no problem.

We’re very clean and leave the common areas super tidy so it’s nice and fresh for the next person using it.

We’re located 10 mins from East Putney, less than 15 mins from Wandsworth town and 5 mins away from a busy bus route. The flats on a lovely road, 3 minute walk to Wandsworth park and 30 second stagger from a great pub!

We have a bit of a confusing set up so please message if this doesn’t make total sense - our lease is up on 12th September this year but our housemate in the single room is going travelling and not coming back so this room is up for sublet until then and hopefully you love it here and want to continue and sign the lease in September. Selena is also moving back home in September so there’s a bigger room available from then and we’ll have to find another housemate to fill one of the spare rooms.
