My flatmate is vacating his room on 8th August (flexible to move out before if needed) and I am looking for someone to take over his tenancy. I am advertising the smaller bedroom in the property at a (non-negotiable) price of £887.50 pcm, not including bills (which, to date, have been around £125 per person per month).

• Generous living room, already well furnished. There is also a dining table seating four.

• In a charming Victorian building, which has been converted into six flats. Neighbours are super friendly and have never had any issues.

• High speed broadband.

• Within 5 minutes’ walk of smaller supermarkets, and 10 minutes’ walk of larger supermarkets and multiple gyms.

• Someone easy-going with a good sense of humour and an interesting outlook on life.

• Preferably a similar profile to me (20s or 30s, professional).

• No marijuana or drug users
