Cosy Room/Whole Flat

We live in Winchester. We're looking for a nice person who will live in our London flat and tolerate the occasional visit from us in the spare room.

You'd have the whole flat to yourself. The flat has been recently refurbished with double-glazed windows throughout. The bathroom is lovely and has been described as "goals". There's a very new fridge freezer, washing machine and shortly there will be a new oven. The flat is furnished, but with space for additional furniture if preferred. There's a small jungle-like garden and a parking space shared with neighbours.

The flat is situated on a quiet street in East Dulwich. Dulwich Park, Sydenham Woods, and the Horniman Museum and Gardens are within 5-min walking distance. There are bus stops just outside the flat. The nearest station is Forest Hill which is a 5-min bus journey or 15-min walk away. East Dulwich with its various interesting shops and amenities within walking/bus-ride distance.

Will is a professional musician and opera singer.
Ruba is a criminal barrister.

We both enjoy cooking and eating delicious, elaborate meals. We're clean and tidy but tolerant of a bit of clutter.

Ruba spends most of her time in Winchester traveling to and from court. Occasionally she'll stay in London if court work takes her there. Will sometimes has gigs in London which means he stays in the flat a little more frequently.
