Hi there! I have a great double sized room available for rent in East Acton. Great location with shepherds bush market, shepherds bush, East acton and Acton central stations all within walking distance. Buses also super easy and convenient.

I'm moving out and looking for someone to take over my lease until it finishes in October. There is also opportunity to stay longer after that.

£195(price weekly) x 52 (weeks of the year) : 12 months = £844 per month

Water, council tax and wifi included in the price.

Gas and electricity will be shared in between all the rooms of the flat equally. ( usually is in between £20 to £40 on top per month per room, depending on how much you use the heater)

Deposit is 5 weeks, 100% refundable at the end of the tenancy ( if you give the room back in the same conditions)
