I'm looking for someone to replace me in my lovely shared house in Earlsfield from around mid-August but can be flexible on date!

I'm moving out to live with one of my best friends from University but have loved living here and will miss it a lot 😊

ROOM:
- Double room with fitted wardrobes (unfurnished)
- Bathroom (shared with one other)
- Lower ground
- Access to outdoor courtyard space (shared with one other)
- Plenty of light during the day, blackout blinds for night
- Space for double bed, desk to WFH and chest of drawers at least

PROPERTY:
- Furnished communal areas. Very happy for you to bring anything with you though and to make changes!
- Utility room/toilet on same level as kitchen
- Really modern build (4 ish years old)
- Part of a courtyard of 5 houses & flats (with a secure main front entrance)
- Just off Garratt Lane
- Quiet at night and is very safe
- Sociable/friendly neighbours
- Permitted parking on the road
- Responsive and reliable management company
- 5 minute walk from Earlsfield station, <10 min bus to Tooting Broadway, <15 min train to Waterloo

HOUSEMATES:
- You'll be living with two male professionals working in finance
- Mix of being in the office and WFH
- Sociable - very happy to have people over for drinks, food, at the weekends etc
- Each have our own group of friends but enjoy doing things together now and again too!
- Some evenings we'll chill in our rooms, other evenings we'll be in the lounge chatting all evening - very relaxed
- Enjoy cooking, grabbing coffee, sports, going to the pub etc

BILLS:
- Come to around £120/month (inc. Wandsworth council tax)
- Fast WIFI
