Double room available in Earlsfield

Looking for preferably flatmate for a 2 bed modern flat in Earlsfield from August as current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.

💰 Rent & bills:
-£1067, incl (Rent, electricity, water, council tax, broadband) Hoping to bring the bills down a little bit soon
-You will need to provide references to the letting agents and will be put on the new tenancy

🚉 Transport:
-5 min walk to Earlsfield station which goes to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo
-20 min walk to Southfields tube station
-44, 270, and 77 busses are right outside the flat as well on Garratt Lane

📍 Location:
-Garratt Lane, close to loads of pubs, bars and great cafes
-Local is the Wandle pub with some great live music and Sunday pub quiz
-Tesco Express, Small Sainsburys and M&S all next door
-15 minute walk to Southside shopping centre
-15 min walk to Wimbledon park

🌸 About me:
-I’m 29, originally from Glasgow but have been in London a year and a half now
-I work in TV production and usually work in the office 3 days a week
-I love weird and quirky activities and going out and exploring London
-Love long walks around London, overpriced coffee and pastries, museum, and exhibition visits, gigs, and comedy nights
-I absolutely hate cooking, but love baking, bingeing Netflix and having a little dance round the flat, and having wine and cocktail nights
-Not a massive partier anymore but do still love an occasional big night out and always up for going to the pub
-I'm usually out during the weekend and some weeknights

🏠 The room/flat:
-Unfurnished room, current flatmate has a double bed, drawers and clothes rail but could easily fit a wardrobe if preferred
-You will have your own bathroom as the other room has an ensuit
-Current flatmate is taking some furniture so I will be looking at getting a bigger sofa, bigger TV, and a small dining table as we currently don't have one
-Flat has secure key fob entry, as well as secure underground parking (which we sometimes rent out for some extra money)

Looking for someone who is a similar age and interests, and doesn’t mind a quiet chilled flat. It’s a cosy space so it’s important to have someone who takes pride in their living space and will help clean and tidy, and someone who wants to be friends and not just flatmates.
