We’re looking for a flatmate to move in any time from the 6th of July (sooner the better).
You’ll be joining Hugo and I who are both Civil Servants and Conor who is a management consultant.
The house is in Earlsfield, a 10 minute walk from the station and a 15 minute walk from Tooting Broadway. We’re just off the bustling Garratt Lane which has a number of great shops and restaurants.
We’ve also got the AFC Wimbledon stadium just around the corner so if you’re into footy or Rugby league it’s an added bonus!
The house is well sized with a spacious joint kitchen / livingroom, three bathrooms and a large garden.
Bills are £120 on top of rent and includes internet; council tax; utilities and a fortnightly cleaner.
