2 Rooms In A Lovely House In Earlsfield (Sw) 🫶🏻

Hello potential housemates! ✨✨✨

We are looking for a two new housemates to fill two double rooms in our gorgeous and light 4-bedroom house in Earlsfield - our new contract would start from mid September.

🛏️ About the Rooms:

1️⃣ (The bigger room) is a good sized room that allows for a lot of natural light. It is currently furnished with a double bed and there is space for a desk (the one shown isn’t included unfortunately) for working from home. Sorry about the blurry pictures!

2️⃣ (The small room) is also a double room and comes furnished with the bed but is much cosier in size. It has a built in wardrobe for storage and we also have plenty of storage in the other rooms we’d happily share if you’ve got extra bits that don’t fit in the room (there’s also a huge basement with lots of storage space). This room doesn’t have space for a desk but there’s plenty of room downstairs and we are happy to have a desk in the living room for working from home.

🏠 About the house:
- Stunning open plan kitchen and dinning room with lots of natural light and bifold doors that go straight out into the garden.
- Cosy living room with lovely fireplace and lots of space for us all.
- Downstairs toilet and a bathroom upstairs for three of us to share.
- Excellent garden that gets lots of sunshine, with lots of space for hosting in the summer.
- We’ve already got a great relationship with the Landlady who has always been super helpful with any issues.

📍Location & Transport:
- Excellent location on a safe and quiet road.
- Located 4 minutes walk from Earlsfield station with frequent trains to Clapham Junction (3 mins), Vauxhall (8 mins) and London Waterloo (13 mins).
- We are also only a 15 minute walk to the District line (Wimbledon park) and a short 10 minute bus to the Northern line (Tooting Broadway).
- Fab pubs nearby (we are big fans on the Wandle) and lots of cute independent cafes.

💵 Rent (excluding bills):
- Room 1 (bigger room) £900
- Room 2 (smaller room) £850
💵 Deposit: £1096 each (the ad says it’s £0 but it wouldn’t let me post with the correct deposit for some reason, so this is infact the correct number for the deposit!!!)
💵 Bills normally come to around £80 per month (but can vary slightly month to month) and we pay the water bill additionally every 6 months.

✨About us:

We are both sociable gals that are keen to spend time as a house, cooking meals, going to the pub, watching terrible tv etc - but also happy to respect each other’s personal space and time! We would love to have a house of 4 similar gals that want to be friends and not just housemates.

Liv (26) is a Civil Servant who loves a good boogie in the Wandle but also enjoys a wholesome night in. Absolutely loves cooking (some would say slightly pasta obsessed) but also won’t stop talking about how much she loves spinning and will try and make you come to a class. Working a mix of in the office and working from home.

Ciara (25) is a future Pupil Barrister who enjoys a glass of wine (or 3) at the end of a busy week and who also loves a dance to a mix of good/terrible music in equal measures. Like Liv she also LOVES a wholesome night in. She’s big into travelling, cooking, naps, and hot girl walks/runs to get coffee and a sweet treat. She will try and feed you her lotus biscuit cheesecake and banana bread 🫶🏻. Working fully away from the house.

🔎Looking for:

Our ideal housemates are young professionals (ideally 25+) who are kind, clean, fun and considerate - gals really looking for a place to call their home, not just to sleep. We are also looking for someone who works a mix of in the office/working from home.
