Room to rent in a sociable, professional home

Unfortunately our current housemate is moving out at the end of July to venture to the edgy East side so we are looking to fill his room.

The room is on the ground floor with wooden floors, bay windows and some built in storage. Gets a lot of natural light and nice and spacious.

About us - we found eachother on spare room and have lived with eachother for a couple of years. We are now looking for another spareroom newbie to join us as our Bry is moving to East London. We're a pretty chilled house and tend to hang out in the evenings either at the pub or on the sofa watching trash TV, but equally like our own space/time. We're looking for either a male/female who is clean/tidy and respectful but also keen to go out together at times.

About the house - the house is situated on a quiet street in Earlsfield, half way between the Wandle and the Pig & Whistle, and a short walk from Earlsfield Station. The house has three floors - bottom floor is an open plan kitchen/living space with a spacious garden, the second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom, and the top floor has the largest bedroom with en-suite.

Security deposit is £867 but it wouldn't let us add this on the description - this will be sorted directly with the property management agency :)
