Please do not reply if you don't truly love animals and have a problem with them walking around the house. Preferably would love cats visiting your room.
We have 3 rescued, old very quiet dogs and 3 rescue cats (our family) They live on the ground floor.
The house is kept extremely clean without "doggie" or stale cooking smells.

Short term accepted.
Please No couples! We like to avoid over crowding.
Complete PRIVATE space, if you want company, you're always welcome to come downstairs, chat, sit in the garden.
This is NOT a party house, or student digs (definitely no drugs or smoking) where everyone is trying to cook at the same time, use 1 bathroom etc.
It is very QUIET and CLEAN
I believe in giving value for money eg. constant, very hot water, good heating, fixing things if they break, respecting total privacy and having my tenants feel comfortable and happy, more like family.

My husband and I have our own aparment, but downstairs in the house.
I sometimes like to BBQ for my tenants (weather depending) and you're welcome to join in, eat and drink, share a bottle of wine or two with whoever is at home.
The large garden is wonderful for relaxing and chilling under the trees.
Our Victorian house is beautifully kept, has street parking to be paid to Ealing council.

The dynamics and mix of people is very important to us, as this creates a wonderful, homely atmosphere. Respect to each other is very important.
My husband and I speak many languages and have different religions and therefore we respect your space, religion, race, sexual orientation etc.
The house is huge.
The house is situated on the best street of Ealing Broadway
All transport is 5 mins away, ie. Central, District, Paddington Express, Crossrail and Heathrow Connect, shops, (Tesco 5 mins away) bars, huge selection of restaurants,, taxi, bus stations,

THE HOUSE:
All carpets have been washed, all rooms have been deep cleaned and disinfected.
Large living room with antique furniture.
Very large kitchen downstairs, with dining table and 6 chairs, TV,
1 large coin operated dryer is in the garage which is useful in winter.
Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans supplied.
You would be expected to be respectful and clean up after yourself and put everything you use away.

Separate kitchen to be shared with 1 male, cabin crew for BA, so spends a lot of time abroad.

The garden is very big and relaxing with numerous trees

You would be expected to tidy up after yourself, BE CLEAN, (very important to us,) responsible.
Absolutely not negotiable- kind to animals.
It is important that everyone fits in which is why we prefer to wait for the right person who would be equally happy in the house. If you are looking for a home away from home this is it!
