Hello new housemate!

The room is beautifully sunny. It has a built in wardrobe, and will come with a double bed and private bathroom.

Bills are in addition to the rent, and are currently approx £110pppm.

**Sorry, but the house is not suitable for couples or someone looking for a short-term let.**

The house has a kitchen, dining room, huge lounge, garden, two toilets and a brand new bathroom. There is shared storage throughout the house and the kitchen is well stocked.

There is parking available on the drive or in the cul-de-sac (no permit required).

We are all working professionals who lead separate lives but socialise well, and are not strangers to the odd glass of wine in the lounge or a trip to the pub together. We work in L&D, food quality, the arts, and tech. We are looking for someone who is sociable and who will help to keep the house clean and tidy.

Ealing Broadway is 10-15 min walk and the station there has Central, District, Elizabeth and train lines. Hanger Lane and North Ealing are also all about 15 mins away. Ealing Broadway is the main town with a great selection of pubs, bars, restaurants and shops. Pitshanger lane is also easily accessible which has boutique shops and more restaurants.
