Hi, we are Ryan (charity sector) and Liam (set dresser) searching for an easy-going, social and friendly housemate. We live in a beautiful 3-bed maisonette with a back garden. The flat is a 5min walk from Dalston Junction but sits in a quiet, residential hub.

The available room is part-furnished (only includes a double wardrobe) and faces the street side. Bills approx £100 p/m. It is important that communal areas are kept clean and organised.
The house has a fair few plants and we enjoy a good TV series; The Traitors is something we watch together. We are sociable and like to go out for drinks, etc, but this is definitely a home, NOT a party house 🙃 It would be preferable if you know London and feel set up here, but not essential.

MOVE IN DATE IS MID-JULY… this could change as the current flatmate is in the process of buying so we kindly request some flexibility.

We have a garden so some maintenance would also be expected.
Ideally you work in the office at least a few times a week.
