Room in a creative house. Available mid July

Hi!

I have lovely, quiet top room in Dalston/Stoke Newington available long term from 13th July as I’m moving away.

We are a household of 6 creative women in our mid 20’s who all have busy lives but like to socialise occasionally at the pub or in our garden. My housemates work in music, education and the charity sector. We are looking for another woman/LGBT person to fill the room.

I’m doing views in the evenings of 24th-27th June.

Ideal for someone who wants to live in East London. There's so much going on in our area! We are minutes from gorgeous Hackney Downs park, a yoga studio and the famous Papo's Bagels (if you haven't heard of it, look it up!). 10 minutes from Dalston Kingsland Station and 1 minute from a number of cool pubs and venues.


Rent and bills come to around £721 + Council Tax which is around £30pm and the deposit will be £730.77 (this is what I paid to the landlord in 2021 so it hasn’t increased since then!).

The landlord requires a form of identification, job confirmation letter confirming salary, 3 month of bank statements and previous landlord reference details so please have these ready before applying.
